How Sami Shots handles your personal data.

Sami Shots is my shot girl agency, based in Amsterdam. I operate under KVK number 99873133. My website is samishots.nl. If you have questions about this privacy policy, you can reach me at samantharowson99@gmail.com.
When you contact me or apply through my website, I may collect the following personal data: your name, email address, phone number, and any other information you give me through the contact or application form. If you apply as a shot girl, this can also include your age and your KVK registration. If you request a shot girl for your bar, this also includes the name and location of your bar and your answers about the kind of place, how busy it is and which nights you are interested in.
I use your data to answer your questions, to plan shifts with bars, and to handle applications from shot girls. I will never sell your data or use it for anything else.
When you send a form, your details are emailed to me and kept in a secured part of my website that only I can access. I also store your data on my own laptop. I don't share it with anyone. I take good care to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or misuse. I only keep your data for as long as I need it for the purposes above.
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You can also object to or restrict the processing of your data, and you have the right to data portability. To use any of these rights, please contact me at samantharowson99@gmail.com. I will respond to your request within 30 days.
On the pages where bar owners can request a shot girl and where shot girls can apply, I use the Meta Pixel from Meta Platforms Ireland. It shows me whether my ads on Facebook and Instagram lead to requests and applications. The Meta Pixel only loads if you click Accept in the cookie message. If you choose Only necessary, nothing is placed. You can change your choice at any time by clearing the cookies and site data for samishots.nl in your browser. The rest of my website does not use analytics or tracking cookies.
If you have a complaint about how I handle your data, please contact me first so I can solve it. You also have the right to file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) via autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl.
